Apartment for Rent Close to Sunny Beach SUNSET KOSHARITSA - SUNNY BEACH
This a fabulous develoment, just 6 km from Sunny Beach and a kilometre away from the lovely village of Kosharitsa, where there are a couple of good restaurants and bars and a few mini-markets. The complex itself has 6 pools, 2 restaurants and bars, 24 hour security and a tennis court. There is a gym and spa facilities & table tennis. A regular bus service runs between the complex and the village and down to Sunny Beach. You have the advantage of being out in the countryside, yet only a few minutes from Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. We went to stay in a friend's apartment there back in 2010 and fell in love with the complex. We were actually looking at properties to buy in other complexes but nothing compared to Sunset Kosharitsa and so we ended up buying a fabulous one bed apartment there for our own use. In the summer of 2011 we decided that we would like to add a coastal apartment to our rental property portfolio and so began looking at various places around Sunny Beach. However, again we found that nothing matched the location, ambience and quality of Sunset Kosharitsa so we agreed to buy a large studio apartment there for holiday rentals. This will be available to rent from June 2012.
The apartment is situated at the rear of the complex in a quiet area, overlooking the hills. The apartment itself is on the fourth floor (there is a lift) and consists of a large main room, a small kitchen and a large shower room as well as a balcony. There is also air conditioning and WiFi available at the complex.
The apartment is well furnished with a large sofa bed and a blow up single bed is also provided. There is a TV with DVD player (DVD's supplied). There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, grill and microwave, coffee machine and toaster and kettle. In the evenings you can watch the European Souslik ( a meer cat type creature) play and listen to the jackals howling in the nearby woods.
Your days can be spent by one of the 6 pools on the complex or you can catch the bus down to Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas or Nessebar. Excursions to further afield and boating and four by four adventures are organised by reception.
The complex has 2 restaurants - an outdoor one and an indoor one and also offers an all inclusive food and drink option in the high season. We intend to do a little work on the apartment to make it more personal and cosy - put up some pictues, lay down some rugs etc but it will be ready to rent June 2012. We are offering the apartment on a self-clean basis to keep our rates down so would ask you to give the bathroom and kitchen a clean before you leave and sweep the floors and just ensure the apartment is left in a state you would be happy arriving to. For low season (1st June to 30th June and 5th Sept to 30th Sept) we are looking to charge 90 Euros per week for the apartment (for up to 3 people - ideally 2 adults and small child) in high season (July, August and up to 5th Sept) it will be 120 Euros per week for the apartment. We can also accept short term stays and in low season it will be 15 Euros per night for the apartment and in high season 20 Euros per night. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like bedding and towels provided it is an additional 10 Euros per person (changed once a week for longer stays). We also hope to be able to offer airport transfers from Burgas airport, which will be around 50 Euros each way for up to 3 people.
