Around Burgas
Burgas itself is a large city with a large, busy port.
However it has a pleasant centre and much to offer. Whilst most people
simply fly into Burgas and head to Sunny Beach, if you travel just a
little way south of Burgas there are some lovely, less developed areas and
if you move inland a little, there are many charming, rural villages.
I know of a number of properties around the Karnobat
region, about a 40 minute drive from Burgas, and Sredets town (around 50km
from Burgas). You can still get a decent, rural house for under 15,000 E
in these areas, or a renovated property for under 40,000 E - please

This plot is 1,600sqm and is in a lovely,
quiet village only around 50 km from Burgas and just off the main
Sofia to Burgas road. There are other Brits that own in the village.
