Properties For Sale Around Burgas

Burgas itself is a large city with a large, busy port. However it has a pleasant centre and much to offer. Whilst most people simply fly into Burgas and head to Sunny Beach, if you travel just a little way south of Burgas there are some lovely, less developed areas and if you move inland a little, there are many charming, rural villages.

I know of a number of properties around the Karnobat region, about a 40 minute drive from Burgas, and Sredets town (around 50km from Burgas). You can still get a decent, rural house for under 15,000 E in these areas, or a renovated property for under 40,000 E - please contact me if interested.

Large Regulated Corner Plot

This plot is 1,600sqm and is in a lovely, quiet village only around 50 km from Burgas and just off the main Sofia to Burgas road. There are other Brits that own in the village.

The plot is on a corner and two tarmac roads go on either side of it. There is water and electric to the plot.

Commission is usually 500 Euros or 3% of purchase price, which ever is higher, and is payable both by the seller and the buyer. To make this easier, the commission owed by the seller is usually included in the selling price.
