Hi!

Just a quick email to let you know that http://www.therentalbug.com has been updated with the details of the two apartments we are about to complete on, one close to Sunny Beach and another in Sozopol. The apartment close to Sunny Beach is on the Sunset Kosharitsa development, 6km away from Sunny Beach but a great complex with 6 pools and 2 restaurants and very tranquil. But you can still get the regular bus into Sunny Beach if you want. We will be renting this out over the summer from around 90 Euros a week. It is a large studio that sleeps 2 adults, 3 at a push.

We are also buying a one bed in the new part of Sozopol, just a minute from the beach. This will likely be for longer term rentals for around 200E/mth.

Our two renovated village properties are available for short and longer stays during the summer and are fully furnished. For rent from around 30 levs (15 Euros) a night.

We may consider renting out our other sweet little villa for a month or two at a time over summer, unfurnished or partially furnished for anyone needing a base over the summer for property hunting or to get a good feel for Bulgarian living. It would be fairly cheap - maybe 75E/mth.

As for properties we have left for sale - there is really just the one renovated villa for offers around 23,000 Euros. Its an ideal holiday home as very secure and easy maintenance or would make a good little B&B as split into two apartments. Its a lovely place and will be sad to see it go but we have too much else to concentrate on.
