Over the years I have found forums to be a great source of information as well as a great place to make new contacts and new friends. You do need to be careful with some of the advice banded about as not everyone is an expert on things this profess to know about, and sometimes debates can get a little heated, but in general everyone is friendly and will help you as much as they can.
