Land for Sale

Below is a small selection of land for sale in various regions. You can purchase agricultural land fairly cheaply, particularly if it has no developmental value or options. However, land for building on can be very expensive, especially in cities. Smaller, cheaper plots are for sale within village boundaries that are either already regulated (i.e. have power, water and access to the plot) or could be easily regulated to change status from agricultural land to building land. Larger tracts of land are harder to find and thus tend to be a lot of money.

	Large Regulated Corner Plot This plot is 1,600sqm and is in a lovely, quiet village only around 50 km from Burgas and just off the main Sofia to Burgas road. There are other Brits that own in the village. The plot is on a corner and two tarmac roads go on either side of it. There is water and electric to the plot. There are no close neighbours and good views across the countryside. Price: 4,500 Euros (plus commission)
	1,000sqm Regulated Plot only 20 mins from Coast A secluded plot situated just outside the village with only one neighbour, who has the next door plot and a small summer house on this. Access is via a grass track but accessible by car and not far from the main tarmac road through the village. It is a small village with a shop and cafe and post office in the centre. But the best thing about this plot is the price give its proximity to Burgas and the Black Sea Coast resorts. The plot is currently very overgrown but has a few fruit trees and an old shack on it. Stara Zagora Mineral Baths is a balneological resort, 15 km north-west of the city of Stara Zagora with an open mineral pool and numerous opportunities for recuperation and rest, boarding and entertainment. In the immediate vicinity a Roman bath from the 2nd century AC century was found, which the citizens of ancient Augusta Trayana (old name of Stara Zagora) used. 	44,000 sqm plot in Mountain Village A large plot of 44 decares of agricultural and forest land, bordering a river on one side in the village of Seltse, 13 km from the local admin center of Maglizh and around a 30 minute drive from the main Sofia-Burgas road, 26 km from Kazanlak and 215 km from Sofia with its international airport. Very pretty area, although fairly remote. Road from Maglizh takes about 2o minutes and is quite narrow in places. Good agricultural land in lovely area. 	Building Plots for Sale in Mountain Village of Seltse Near Kazanlak This building plot is in the village of Seltse, 13 km from the local admin center of Maglizh and around a 30 minute drive from the main Sofia-Burgas road, 26 km from Kazanlak and 215 km from Sofia with its international airport. area: 6200 sq m This is a very good investment/development opportunity in the heart of the “Stara Planina” mountains. The plot is just after the village and bordering the river and it is with changed status, ready to be used for construction purposes. It is suitable for a holiday villa complex, hotel etc. There is the opportunity for the plot to be divided into smaller plots. Seltse is a very small village (30 inhibitants/59,73 sq m area). Easy access from main road into Kazanlak from Stara Zagora (Sofia-Burgas road) and amongst residential housing blocks. Kazanlak is a good sized town but lacks any large supermarket. Certain large supermarket chains have shown some interest in the plot but have yet to put in any firm offers. Price: 195,000 Euros (plus commission but price negotiable).
	Large Regulated Plot for Sale on Edge of Chirpan, minutes from Motorway Regulated plot of 6950 sqm for sale at the edge of the town of Chirpan, just 2 km from the motorway and 37 km from Stara Zagora. The Plot is suitable for building of a Petrol station, large supermarket (there isn’t any supermarket in Chirpan now), a storage base, a factory or any other industrial activity. Commission is usually 500 Euros or 3% of purchase price, which ever is higher, and is payable both by the seller and the buyer. To make this easier, the commission owed by the seller is usually included in the selling price. If the property states commission is included this means it includes the amount payable by both buyer and seller, otherwise 500 Euros commission of 3% of the purchase price, whichever is higher, is payable by the BUYER on top of the property purchase price at the time the preliminary contract is signed and deposit paid.
