Land for Sale
Below is a small selection of land for sale in various
regions. You can purchase agricultural land fairly cheaply, particularly
if it has no developmental value or options. However, land for building on
can be very expensive, especially in cities. Smaller, cheaper plots are
for sale within village boundaries that are either already regulated (i.e.
have power, water and access to the plot) or could be easily regulated to
change status from agricultural land to building land. Larger tracts of
land are harder to find and thus tend to be a lot of money.

Large Regulated Corner Plot
This plot is 1,600sqm and is in a lovely,
quiet village only around 50 km from Burgas and just off the main
Sofia to Burgas road. There are other Brits that own in the village.
The plot is on a corner and two tarmac
