Land for Sale

Below is a small selection of land for sale in various regions. You can purchase agricultural land fairly cheaply, particularly if it has no developmental value or options. However, land for building on can be very expensive, especially in cities. Smaller, cheaper plots are for sale within village boundaries that are either already regulated (i.e. have power, water and access to the plot) or could be easily regulated to change status from agricultural land to building land. Larger tracts of land are harder to find and thus tend to be a lot of money.

Large Regulated Corner Plot

This plot is 1,600sqm and is in a lovely, quiet village only around 50 km from Burgas and just off the main Sofia to Burgas road. There are other Brits that own in the village.

The plot is on a corner and two tarmac roads go on either side of it. There is water and electric to the plot.

There are no close neighbours and good views across the countryside.

1,000sqm Regulated Plot only 20 mins from Coast

A secluded plot situated just outside the village with only one neighbour, who has the next door plot and a small summer house on this. Access is via a grass track but accessible by car and not far from the main tarmac road through the village. It is a small village with a shop and cafe and post office in the centre. But the best thing about this plot is the price give its proximity to Burgas and the Black Sea Coast resorts.

The plot is currently very overgrown but has a few fruit trees and an old shack on it. Electric and water are available to the plot.

Commission is usually 500 Euros or 3% of purchase price, which ever is higher, and is payable both by the seller and the buyer.
