Around Nova Zagora
Nova Zagora is one of the district towns of Stara
Zagora and lies about 30km to the east of the city along the main road to
Burgas. This region is fairly flat and is mainly large tracts of
agricultural land. However there are some lovely villages in the small
hills and it is only a short drive into the mountains to the north where
there is a huge reservoir and it is incredibly beautiful. Properties in
this area tend to be cheaper but you do have the advantage of being closer
to the coast and Burgas is maybe an hour and a half's drive, maybe a
little more.

Zagora This is a rectangular
plot, just off the main road into the village and only 2km from the
main road from Stara Zagora to Nova Zagora. It is in a nice village
with a couple of shops and a cafe and only 22km from Stara Zagora and

Great House with Loads

This is a great house that is
fantastic value for money. It sits in a nice village very close to Nova
Zagora and around 45km from Stara Zagora (same village as house above). It has views over two small
hills and a decent sized garden of around 900sqm. Village has a station so
can be easily accessed by train.
To the left of the main house are a
number of small barns and a little yard. A summer kitchen is attached to
the main house also and could be incorporated.
You enter the house into a good sized
room that could be a dining room. Off this to the right are steps down
into the basement where there are two further rooms. To the left you go
through into what would make a good kitchen and there is a lounge off this.
Through to the rear of the property there is a small room for a shower
room and a larger room for a bedroom and access to a garage through a
store room.
Then there are external stone steps to upstairs
where there is a small hall leading into a larger hallway which could make
a bathroom and then two good sized bedrooms off this. Could make into

Family Hotel in Small Mineral Spa Town Near Lake
This 20 bed family hotel is near the large lake
Zhrebchevo and is in the old spa village of Banya, 28 km from Sliven,
around 15km from Nova Zagora and 43 km from Stara Zagora.

Banya is a small spa village near Lake Zhrebchevo
hugged between Balkan and Sredna Gora Mountains in the valley of river
Tundzha. The village is renowned for its hot mineral waters where the name
came from Banya (Bath). The third largest Mountain Park: Sinite Kamani
(The Blue Stones) comprising of 7,000 hectares of land, rocks and forests
is also 35 km distance.
The place offers some great fishing (pike, carp and catfish), water
sports, natural beauty, tranquillity and curative mineral waters, all of
it acting as a magnet to the tourists all year round.
Some 2 km from the village in the forest close to the river is this small
family hotel. The hotel has 325 sq m built up area over 2 floors
comprising of: 6 bedrooms with total of 20 beds, 5 WC and 3 bathrooms, 30
seats bar and 80 seats (50 indoor plus 30 outside) restaurant, kitchen
with bathroom/WC, storage room. In addition the property has private

internal diseases, obesity and some skin problems. The place can be
greatly expanded by purchasing in addition some 6,000 sq m of bordering
land and increase the existing capacity to 50 beds with minimal additional
investment.

Commission is usually 500 Euros or 3%
of purchase price, which ever is higher, and is payable both by the seller
and the buyer. To make this easier, the commission owed by the seller is
usually included in the selling price. If the property states commission
is included this means it includes the amount payable by both buyer and
seller, otherwise 500 Euros commission of 3% of the purchase price,
whichever is higher, is payable by the BUYER on top of the property
purchase price at the time the preliminary contract is signed and deposit
paid.
