This house is in the beautiful Sakar Mountains, 25 km
from local admin centre Galabovo, 50 km from Svilengrad, 70 km from Stara
Zagora and Burgas and Plovdiv with their international airports are 2
hours drive away.

I have not personally seen inside this house, I have
only viewed it from the outside. It is a typical old Bulgarian property
with 2 or 3 rooms downstairs and then external stairs to a further couple
of rooms.
The roof looks to be in good condition and there is
a garage attached to the property. There is around 1000sqm of land with
the house.
It is a pretty, quiet village about 30minutes drive
into the hills around Stara Zagora. The road is rather potholed in places
but easily passable with a car and is due to be resurfaced in next year or
two. There are 2 daily buses to the city and a couple of shops and a small
cafe/bar. Other British own in the village and it is ideal for walking,
fishing, hunting.

This 2-bedroom house for sale is situated in the
village of Opan near Stara Zagora. It is only 24 km away from Stara Zagora
and 30 km from Dimitrovgrad.

Old Property in need of serious renovation but
stunning views The house is solidly built
out of stone but has been empty for quite a while and now requires serious
renovation. It is accessed down a track and through a side gate. The house
faces the plot and has stunning views over the mountains around.
On the ground floor is a small basement area and
then on the second floor, accessed by external stone steps onto a terrace,
there is a large central hall and then two rooms off this, one with a
kitchen box area.
In the right hand room the roof has leaked in around
the chimney and in the central hallway the old owner has ripped off the
wooden cladding so it looks a bit of a mess.

This is a small old house in need of serious repair or

main road and has a large plot of close to 2,000sqm, although actual size
would need confirming.

Sweet Villa for Sale in Galabovo
This 2-bedroom house is in the villa zone of the small town of Galabovo, 30 km from Stara
Zagora, 200 km from Burags, international airport and Black Sea cost.
Plovdiv with its airport is 100 km away. Originally a small separate
village from Galabovo, it is now all part of the same town, but the area
is around 2km in the wooded hills behind Galabovo and is a very quiet and
peaceful place.

Solid 2 Bedroom Brick and Stone House with Large
Plot (Next door house below also for

This is a good solid house from stone and bricks
with a good roof.
Access is via a good track to the rear of the
property and through a garage type entrance (although roof on this has
sagged so rather low to get vehicle under). There are then several
outbuildings and small barns leading towards the house.
The house is on two levels. Downstairs there are two
rooms connected by an open hall area, which could be enclosed. One room is
a kitchen with sink and nice wooden beams. The other room is currently
just used as a basement area. There is a small room off this suitable for
a bathroom.
External stone flagged steps then lead to the second
floor where there is a hall and a further 2 large rooms with wooden beams
and floors. Again there is a small room suitable for a bathroom.
