fantastic character house in a small village around 25km south of Stara
Zagora and around 20 minutes to Chirpan.
The property has a massive plot of over 2000sqm and a large barn (roof
collapsed).
The property benefits from a new septic tank, although the actual
plumbing needs connecting and a bathroom fitting. The roof has been
recently repaired and the outside of the house painted.
Inside there is a basement type room, and then two smaller rooms and a
small kitchen area downstairs and then internal wooden stairs to the
second floor where there are two large bedrooms and a small room where
the bathroom would be.
The property needs new ceilings upstairs and general decoration but
would make a fabulous home when renovated.
The village has a small shop and bar and there are three other
