small 2 room house only 10km from Lom and 4km from the Danube, with a

Lovely little house in a
rural village only 30 minutes into city. On the edge of the
village, next door to shop/small bar and opposite bus stop into Stara
Zagora.
There is one large room
(although floor a little rotten), a small kitchen room with indoor sink
and tap and another room in decent condition. The house is dry and
solid but there is no indoor bathroom. Requires re-wiring, septic tank,
plumbing and general renovation. There is also a small basement. There
is a barn to the rear but the roof has partially collapsed on this and
there are other small outbuildings.
There is a small plot in
front of the house with vines and fruit trees and then behind the house
there is a field behind the house of around 2000 sqm. This has road
frontage and so would be possible to use as a separate building plot or
ideal for keeping horses or other animals.
This
is a lovely 2
bedroomed house situated in a quiet village about 11km off the main
road from Stara Zagora through to Plovdiv and Sofia. It is perched on a
small hill with good views over surrounding fields yet only a 2 minute
walk from train station. The train station is a main junction and so
you can pretty much get the train to anywhere in Bulgaria from here.
There is a regular bus service to Stara Zagora also. It is about a 30
minute drive from the city, although the road is rather bumpy in places
and 20 minutes on the train.
Downstairs, which is
accessed through an old glass 'conservatory' with an indoor
sink,
there are two rooms, one with exposed stone walls and an old open fire
place and concrete floor, the second is smaller but with plastered
walls. The second floor is accessed by external stone stairs and there
are two decent sized rooms and a utility room from one bedroom.
Behind the house there
is a large plot of 1,900 sqm and to the side a small area with vines
and a few fruit trees.
The house
requires re-wiring and a bathroom putting in as well as general
renovation but there is mains sewerage close by for connection.
Lovely character house is fabulous
location right at base of Balkans, close to Sofia to Burgas road but on
edge of village and quiet and peaceful.
Downstairs there is a small kitchen,
bathroom requiring completely renewing, and small lounge. Upstairs,
accessed by external stone steps, are two further rooms.
Attached to the side of the house is
a small open-sided barn and there is also a garage behind. The plot is
1500sqm and there is an additional brick building at far end, once used

Village is large and lively with
school, mini super market, DIY shop, doctors, dentists, restaurant.
A 4 room house for
sale in Gorno Inzovo, just over an house from the Black Sea coast. The
village is popular with British and a handful of expats live in the
village and there are many in the surrounding areas, close to Elhovo
and Yambol.
The house is set on a
flat square plot of around 1400sqm. Downstairs there is a kitchen area
with old stone sink and another room. External stone steps lead to a
conservatory type space on the second floor, with two rooms leading off
it.
Some work has been done
downstairs to put in new sockets and wiring. However, the propety
requires substantial renovation. The ceilings upstairs are collapsing
and so likelihood is the property needs roof repairs, it needs new
windows and a septic tank and bathroom installing.
