Property Sourcing Services

From my own experience, I know how hard it can be to find the time to make the trip over to Bulgaria to view property and with the market moving as fast as it does, this can mean losing out on the perfect property. The market is very dynamic and property sells quickly or you'll find prices suddenly increase by 1000 Euros from what you were expecting to pay. Often people have no real idea of what to expect from Bulgaria or the types of property available here. It can save much time and expense if you have a definite list of suitable properties to visit when you come over.

Or maybe you are looking for something specific which I currently do not have listed on the website - maybe a larger more expensive villa, a farm, a factory, shop etc...If so I can use various contacts to try and source a number of suitable properties for you for when you come over.

It is certainly not advised to buy a property without first viewing it and getting to know the surrounding area. However, it is often difficult to get the time off work or re-arrange family commitments in order to make an inspection trip. 

I can provide a property sourcing service in the Stara Zagora area.

For a fee of 200 Euros (£70) I will:

  • Source properties which fit into what you are looking for and are within your budget.

  • Visit these properties (up to 7) and take as many pictures as possible of each property to give you a good idea of the state of the property and what renovations would be required.  

  • Find out as much as I can about the property i.e. whether connected to mains water, sewerage, telephone, access etc, what renovations need doing and a rough idea of cost. 

  • Take photographs of the surrounding area and provide more information about the area and village/town

  • I will compile a report for you including all the photographs and send this to you by email. This will include details of what steps you will need to take next if you wished to buy any of the properties.
