The area towards Sliven is known as the Peach Growing valley and in the summer many stalls along the side of the road sell huge peaches. There is also a massive reservoir in the area. Commission is usually 500 Euros or 3% of purchase price, which ever is higher, and is payable both by the seller and the buyer. To make this easier, the commission owed by the seller is usually included in the selling price.
