Plot of Land For Development Near Spa Resort - For Sale at 35,000 Euros

Myself and another couple, who already have a house here in Bulgaria invested in a 3000sqm plot of agricultural land on the edge of a gorgeous village just 1km from the Stara Zagora mineral spa resort and close to where the proposed golf course is going to go.

The plot has great views and would make an ideal place for a small holiday complex.

Updates

July 2007: The transaction is now complete and just waiting for notary deeds to be ready.

September 2007: Notary deeds collected

February 2008: Started process of regulation. Will be around 800 Euros for the plot. There is no need at this stage for precise ideas of what we want to build, we will just regulate plot.

Summer 2008: Still going through regulation process. Apparently approved by water and electric and just waiting final stamp.

FOR SALE: Unfortunately our plans have changed and we are no longer in a position to over see a project in this area and so are selling the plot. We are looking for around 35,000 Euros (less than 12E/sqm) for the plot and Bulgarian company and all legal fees.
