Plot of Land For Development Near Spa Resort

Myself and another couple, who already have a house here in Bulgaria are investing in a 3000sqm plot of agricultural land on the edge of a gorgeous village just 1km from the Stara Zagora mineral spa resort and close to where the proposed golf course is going to go.

The plot has great views and at 6 Euros/sqm was fairly good value for this area.

Our plan is to regulate the plot over the coming months and then put in a better access road and look to develop the plot into a small holiday complex with houses built to a high quality for resale.

July 2007: The transaction is now complete and just waiting for notary deeds to be ready.

September 2007: Notary deeds collected

February 2008: Started process of regulation. Will be around 800 Euros for the plot. There is no need at this stage for precise ideas of what we want to build, we will just regulate plot.
