Property in the city itself tends to be very expensive and limited to new build apartments or expensive houses. However in the villages just outside the city, you can still buy reasonably priced property, which is only a short commute into the city.

A ground floor apartment in an older block, in quiet street, only 10 minutes from city centre.  Excellent location, one of most expensive locations in the city.

The apartment has a central corridor with tiny basic bathroom, that requires complete redesigning and renovation, 2 large bedrooms and a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen needs redesigning and refurbishing totally.
